Connor's 1st Fight

Connor had his first fight tonight. I'm not sure who won the fight though. He was screaming and fussing at Nemo & Dory with all his might. I have never seen him this upset with anything. I don't know what this pillowcase did to him but believe me, Eddie and I plan on taking care of it ASAP. Seriously, Eddie and I thought there was something in it that was hurting him but after checking it out we decided that Connor was just very upset over NOTHING. He threw himself on the ground and cried over and over again. I looked at Eddie and said "it has started". Eddie said "what has started?" I said "the terrible twos". Oh boy, I don't know if we are ready for this.

I love that durring your child's frustration and drama, you do what every good scrapbooking mom does and get the camera!!! Poor baby. What did he do with the pillow case after the fight?

Kristy, Just thought I would let you know that this (and worse) will be happening for the next year or so. It is crazy how they change. Good luck! Angela

I think this will stop when...OK, it doesn't stop. Just takes a different form throughout the rest of his life.

No one ever is, and that advice or those words of encouragment that people near and far gave you when he was a bitty baby, telling you that "it's going to be here sooner than you know it" and you just ignore it all and stroke your sweet baby's head, and then one day you wake up suddenly screaming out in pain because your 17 month old just smacked you in the head with last nights sippy cup trying to give you a clue that its time for a refill....I'm sorry, you must excuse me, I don't know where my mind went, I was just commenting about your blog and POOF there I was remembering this morning. HA HA! Seriously though, its "just like that" and their no longer babies, and my cousin, this is why we have more, because we long for those days once again, fight the urge! FIGHT ittttt....

This had me laughing out loud. They do some CRAZY things, but it makes you laugh - in retrospect!
